As a man, owning high boots with heels doesn't sound all that manly. Until you put these on.
Comfortable, wide fit, just right for my shape of foot (although those with narrow feet might find them a little too roomy) and just... unbelievably cool to be seen in with full costume to compliment.
Like all true boots, the heels kick up a solid racket when you walk, but it needs to be said that even with the more 'responsive' soles (your feet aren't padded like a trainer), these are nothing short of the best feeling to have on the end of your legs!
Mixed feelings really. On the one hand, these boots look great and fit well (which is a surprise as I have fairly big feet) and enjoy a prompt delivery time. However, the soles are very thin and very hard so they are uncomfortable to walk in, so investing in some in-soles is a must. Also, for those of you who love your sneaky scouts/rouges, these boots are fairly stompy so I would not recommend them if you favour your stealthy backstabs. Overall, a decent purchase, so long as you don't intend to be walking in them for more than 20 minutes without extra padding.
These boots are good for the price but have little grip and the souls are so hard you can feel every stone under your feet (they are uncomfortable to walk in) but look good in a cross dresser sort of way and feel good when you put them on.
These boots are very decent. They really finish a characters look. Also they are real warm which is a big plus. If you are looking for a great pair of boots to LARP with, these are the once you'll be needing. Also I got them fairly quick after I placed the order. So overall is this money well spent and it's really worth it. No more cold toes for me when it's winter, hurray!
