The pouch is made of thick but flexible leather, and is very nice.
A very good pouch which hangs nicely off the belt, however it is a little smaller than I expected. There's enough room for a small hip flask and a small coil of webbing I use to carry my shield but that's about it. The leather work is beautiful though and is really well designed. Well worth the money
I love it, lol mine is nearly water tight. I keep IC money in it, my hip flask, and a snickers or two in it.
This pouch is great and looks amazing too. I actually wear it as a 3rd pocket everywhere I go.

It's deceiving on how much you can put in there for the price of it :D
Don't try and put loose change in there though ;) holes to the bottom corners (as to be expected for it's flexability)
