To be worn as a simple knee high medieval boot, you simply unroll half of the fold over boot top as seen in the photo.

Mixed feelings really. On the one hand, these boots look great and fit well (which is a surprise as I have fairly big feet) and enjoy a prompt delivery time. However, the soles are very thin and very hard so they are uncomfortable to walk in, so investing in some in-soles is a must. Also, for those of you who love your sneaky scouts/rouges, these boots are fairly stompy so I would not recommend them if you favour your stealthy backstabs. Overall, a decent purchase, so long as you don't intend to be walking in them for more than 20 minutes without extra padding.
These boots are good for the price but have little grip and the souls are so hard you can feel every stone under your feet (they are uncomfortable to walk in) but look good in a cross dresser sort of way and feel good when you put them on.
These boots are very decent. They really finish a characters look. Also they are real warm which is a big plus. If you are looking for a great pair of boots to LARP with, these are the once you'll be needing. Also I got them fairly quick after I placed the order. So overall is this money well spent and it's really worth it. No more cold toes for me when it's winter, hurray!

Good boots, comfy and roomy, coming to just below the knee in the medieaval style shown.
Lovely "New car" smell to them. Zip seems a little stiff, and the seam up the shin is unfortunaate. The heels can be fragile, so watch out.
All in all, a good buy.
